Well it was decided that I was going to write a letter to santa this year.

So here goes….

Dear Santa,

I would like to think that I have been a good girl this year and as such you might be able to get me a couple of things, either from my list of something that you think I might like. This is only a first list, I may well add it over the next couple of weeks as I think of anything else.

Well for the first time in a few year I am looking forward to christmas, I think it is due to the fact I arent working christmas this year, I am working new years eve so will still be able to go over and see my parents for new year as well. I will be able to wake up in bed with Matt christmas morning, and then be able to spend all day with him, and not have to think about leaving after such a lovely day to go to work.

We are also lucky enough to have young children around at christmas, with two nephews and then two second cousins as well, and I think they all help make christmas such a special time.

What is everyone wanting for christmas?? Well I know it is the time to write letters to santa, and Matt is in the process of writing his so I better get writing mine, I have been a good girl this year so hopefully santa might call.

Well it is a while since I was last at the gym, and I have decided this morning that I am missing it, so I have packed up my gym stuff and I am going to go and drop matt off at work, then on to the gym for an hour or so. Looking forward to it. Unfortunately I wont be able to go tomorrow as I am at work, however despite having a busy day on friday I will be going friday morning, and hopefully that will set me up for the rest of the day. I am then on nights again next week so not sure how that is going to work unless I either go on my way home before going to bed or get up early and go before collecting matt from work, will have to think about it.

The second annual End of Summer Ball is coming up on friday for work, which I am attending, should be great fun. I have my dress, picked it up yesterday and tried it on, Matt tells me it looks nice. I do think though that I am going to have to ask someone to help me fasten it, but a couple of people from work have offered. I have also booked a room at the hotel we are having the ball, but its expensive so not sure if I will end up cancelling it, will have to have a think about it and a chat with Matt.

This is the frist time I have used this part of my website, and the first time I have done anything with a blog. This has been set up for me by my husband Matt, who is a computer geek and I love him a lot for taking the time to sort it for me. So this is to say thank you to him.
