Weight loss

Well I havent posted for a while now, but I wanted to let everyone know that I am still loosing weight, so far I have lost over one and a half stones. I am more than happy with how it is going, just seems very slow but I know that is good and means it is more likely to stay off that way. I dont feel like you can see the change in me as yet, to look at that is, I guess that takes time and will come.

So overall I am still loosing weight and pleased with it.

You might be able to guess this weeks result from the title of this post, well it’s gone, I am now 3lb less than I was a week ago. After last week of staying the same I was really hoping for a loss, if you are staying the same it is a bit of down feeling after trying to watch what you eat all week. So feeling very happy at the moment, after a very nervous feeling stepping onto the scales. Gives me faith that what I am doing is working and that I will be healthier which can only be good.

Tonight we are off to Bolling Hall for a ghost hunt evening, from 9pm – 5am so that will certainally be an interesting evening, not sure to what extent I believe in it all, so will let you know what I think to it all at some point in the future, if I haven’t been scared to death!!!  LOL

Chocolate

Well as I am sure you know by now is that I am doing weight watchers, however today I have a really sweet tooth and craving chocolate. Never a good thing when I am going out for a lovely meal with matt and some friends and I am trying to save some points from this morning for tea time. I have found that bournville chocolate bar is two and a half points so that means I can still treat myself to some chocolate. At the moment I am also working my way (slowly) through a chocolate pizza that I got for valentines day from my lovely husband. It is very rich as it is belgian chocolate, so dont need much to help with the need for sweet things.

Wight loss update

Well bit of a double thing today.  Got weighed this morning, not lost anything this week but on the good side not put anything on. I am on nights this weekend and so got weighed at a different time of the day, nights always cause problems with what I am trying to eat and point my food. I have still lost 1 stone, which I am pleased with. Do feel a bit fed up that that I didnt loose anything.  

Anyway, the other thing today is that its valentines day, and I am on nights so not spent much of the day with matt, however I have cooked a nice meal for us both,  homemade garlic bread, followed by roast beef dinner and finished with chocolate bananas. Very nice I really enjoyed it, hope Matt enjoyed it as well.  Matt bought me some lovely presents for valentines day, so thank you very much matt.

Guess I better think about getting sorted ready for work.

Weight loss

I started doing weight watchers again about 5 weeks ago now, and so far I have managed to loose a stone in weight, I am happy with that, doing well so far. I have followed the plan and kept to my points every week. Last weekend we were at a friends house for the evening and decided to have a Dominos pizza, that meant I went over my daily allowance so was very good for the rest of the week, and still managed to loose 2lbs.

Today I seem really hungry, have had tacos for lunch which used lots of points up and normally keeps me full, however today I just feel the need to eat again. I have got stew on for tea, which is starting to smell very nice, the good thing about it is that it is reasonably low in points, so have still got some spare for this afternoon, eabling me to have some snacks while chilling this afternoon.

It is nice this time I am trying to loose weight is that matt is doing weight watchers with me. At the moment he has lost 1lb more than me, which is making me a bit competitive and want to loose more, I think as we are both trying to watch what we eat means healthier teas generally, with more fruit and veg, which can only be a good thing. A couple of weeks ago we both started to have breakfast (oats so simple) which very nice and filling and kept me full until lunch. Might have to start having that again for breakfast, only takes five minutes to make and eat, so doesnt make a vast difference to the time I would have to get up.
